Lighthouse of La Paloma is the distinctive spa building, built at Cape Santa Maria in 1874. It has 29 meters high, the focus is 42 meters and has a range of 22 miles. If you visit La Paloma, you can not miss this iconic lighthouse, as old as the spa itself.
The Port of La Paloma was opened in 1910 on the sandbar linking the coast and the island of La Paloma. It is the marine terminal to the east of the country, and always had an intense activity as a marina and artisanal fisheries.
Cabo Polonio is a resort located in the department of Rocha, Republic of Uruguay and part of Cabo Polonio National Park.
